1 About medical treatment

  • If you have symptoms such as fever, sore throat, headache, diarrhea, weakness in the body, difficulty in smelling and tasting, in order to avoid contact with other patients, the time and method of consultation may be specified, so please contact the clinic by phone in advance.
  • If your symptoms are mild such as slight fever and cough, and you can wait until the next consultation day, please pay close attention to your physical condition and contact your local clinic by phone on the next consultation day to receive medical examination.
  • If your symptoms become severe that you cannot wait until the next consultation day, please contact your local holiday emergency clinic or emergency department by phone in advance to receive medical treatment.
  • If you are not sure where to seek advice or consultation, such as when your family doctor or other nearby medical facilities are not able to treat you, the consultation center is available 24 hours a day, every day.
