If a person who is found to be positive by a voluntary test applies online, he/she will be registered as a positive person at the "Test Kit Distribution and Positive Persons Registration Center".

  • We do not prescribe medicine in our center, so please use over-the-counter medicines or visit medical institutions if the symptoms are severe or prolonged.
  • If you have already visited a medical institution and tested positive, you do not need to register at our center.

What you need to prepare

(1) Identification documents

 One of the following (photo data that can verify the applicant's name and date of birth must be attached at the time of application))
  • Driver's license, my number card (front side only)
  • Health insurance card, pension book, pension certificate
  • Passport, resident card, special permanent resident certificate, driving record certificate
  • If a health insurance card, pension notebook, or pension certificate is used as an identification document, it is necessary to mask and photograph the insured person's code and number, basic pension number, etc. so that they cannot be identified.
  • Be careful not to hide necessary information (name and date of birth).
  • Submission of an application for image editing or software (e.g. paint) that hides the information is invalid.

(2) When the results of a test using a medical antigen test kit conducted by the applicant are found to be positive

  • The name of the test kit and the manufacturer/distributor of the kit
  • Photographic data that confirms the judgment line of the test results (the data must be attached at the time of application)

Notes when photographing the test kit

  • Make sure that the camera is not out of the frame and that the entire test kit is clearly visible.
  • Please write your name and the date of the test on the kit that shows a positive result.

(3)When a positive test result is found at an institutions registered for the Free PCR Test Program

  • Photo data such as “Inspection Result Notification”or “Screen showing the inspection result of the application” that can confirm the name, inspection method, inspection result, and the name of the inspection office.
