With the start of vaccination with Omicron-specific vaccines, Shiga Prefecture wide-area vaccination centers will be re-established at two locations in the prefecture.
The list of people eligible for vaccination at Shiga’s large-scale vaccination centers has been expanded as follows.
Establishment Period
October 14th (Fri) 2022 to March 20th (Mon) 2023Eligible Person
１．Those who are 18 years of age or over, have completed the second vaccination, 3 months have passed after the previous vaccination２．Those who have an inoculation ticket issued by their local municipality and meet one of the following criteria
- Those who have a certificate of residence in Shiga
- Residents outside the prefecture and commute to work or school in Shiga
- Residents outside the prefecture and who are enrolled in a business or school based in Shiga
- Shiga Prefecture residents (including family members) living outside of Shiga
