The Biwako Grand Fireworks Festival will be held on Friday, August 8.
On that day, traffic restrictions and building closures are planned in the area of Otsu City to ensure the safety of spectators.
Therefore, please note the following.
- After 4:30 PM on that day, you will not be able to enter our office (Piazza Omi). (Facility closure)
- All visitors must leave the facility by 5:00 PM. (Strict adherence to consultation end time)
- All staff must also leave the facility by 5:30 PM, so please contact us by phone well in advance. (Strict adherence to business end time)
